Refund Policy
At Runner Bar, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our bars are food items, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please review the policy below carefully.
Returns
Due to the nature of perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.
We may accept returns for unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at nubar@nubarnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at nubar@nubarnutrition.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products returned outside the 14-day window
- Items marked as final sale
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders can be managed through your account portal. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
