Thank you for choosing Runner Bar. Below you’ll find important information about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM (local warehouse time) may begin processing the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the continental United States.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Cost calculated at checkout
Free Shipping
- Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the threshold is met
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Pre-Orders & Pre-Sale Items
If you purchase a pre-sale item, your order will ship on the date listed on the product page.
If your order includes both pre-sale and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-sale item becomes available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Runner Bar is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at nubar@nubarnutrition.com before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Runner Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors
- Check around your delivery location
- Contact the carrier directly
If you need assistance, please contact us and we will help guide you through the next steps.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at nubar@nubarnutrition.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
